Xiaomi has just launched its Mi Note Pro today and it looks very impressive so we’re taking it and pitting it against a recently launched flagship, the LeTV One Pro, which was launched just last month. We take a look at the display, cameras, internals, and price of both devices to see which one wins out in each category.
The Mi Note Pro features a larger 5.7-inch screen compared to the One Pro’s 5.5-inch screen but since both screens feature a display resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels the One Pro ends up with the sharper display with a pixel density of 564dpi against the 515dpi pixel density of the Mi Note Pro.
Both the Mi Note Pro and LeTV One Pro are not only equipped with the same 13-megapixel rear cameras with a Sony IMX214 sensor and Optical Image Stabilization coupled with a dual LED flash but they’re also equipped with the same 4-megapixel Ultrapixel cameras. It will fall down to how each device processes images to see which device has the superior cameras.
Processor & RAM
Both devices also feature the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor and 4GB of RAM so it again falls down to software which is where Xiaomi has the advantage in this situation as their MIUI is considered one of the best Android-based operating systems and is even used on non-Xiaomi devices while the eUI used on the LeTV One Pro less used and less popular.
Storage & Battery
While both devices feature 64GB of internal storage, the LeTV One Pro also comes in a cheaper variant with 32GB of storage so this gives the One Pro more versatility and makes it more accessible to more buyers. When it comes to battery size, The Xiaomi has a very slight advantage with its bigger 3,090mAh battery against the LeTV One Pro’s 3,000mAh battery.
When it comes to price, the LeTV One Pro comes out cheaper at around $435 for its higher-end 64GB variant and around $400 for its 32GB variant while the Xiaomi Mi Note Pro is more expensive at around $483 for its single 64GB variant. Again, this makes the LeTV One Pro more accessible to more potential buyers.
From the looks of it, it all comes down to price and software preference as both devices feature a lot of the same specifications. Which one do you think is the better device?
