UMI Touting Big Battery On UMI Touch Via New Video
When it comes to promoting their smartphones, device makers tend to opt innovative methods to get the attention of the people. UMI, a well-known Chinese brand has done the exact same thing to promote their much anticipated smartphone, UMI Touch. The brand has posted a new video to their YouTube channel with the title “How To Make PowerBank In Smartphone In Under 1 Minute”.
If you watch the video you will get to see the disassembled components of a smartphone and two big batteries joined together via duct tape. Then a paper is put over the components to cover them along with the battery and when the paper is removed it turns to UMI Touch. UMI has gone whole new way to promote UMI Touch.
Speaking of the smartphone, UMI Touch boasts of a full metal body and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box. It sports a 5.5 inch Full HD LTPS display. This smartphone is powered by a 64-bit octa-core MediaTek MT6753 chipset coupled with Mali-T720 GPU. You will get 3GB of LPDDR3 RAM on this smartphone along with 16GB of internal storage. It supports expandable storage up to 128GB.

In terms of optics, UMI Touch comes equipped with 13MP rear camera with Sony IMX328 lens and dual LED flash. On the front, there is a 5MP shooter for selfies and video chats. The highlight feature of this smartphone is super fast fingerprint sensor that unlocks it in under 0.1 seconds.
Now, the feature UMI has touting in the video. UMI Touch comes with a 4000mAh Li-Po battery which gives it a standby time of 15 days, 24 hours of LTE browsing, 60 hours of talk time on 2G network and 92 hours of music playback time.
