Clones or look-alikes of popular high-end smartphones aren’t new with many new smartphones from popular Chinese manufacturers taking the designs of devices like the iPhone and Samsung’s Galaxy series and using them for their own flagship devices. One such look-alike is the S6 from Landvo which looks very much like Samsung’s latest flagship that shares the same moniker.
While the Landvo looks incredibly similar to the Galaxy S6 from Samsung with its super thin 6.8mm body covered by two smooth curved glass panels surrounded by an aluminum frame, it doesn’t share the same caliber of hardware. Instead of a QuadHD AMOLED display, the Landvo S6 instead features a 5-inch IPS display from Sharp/JDI with a display resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.
Basically, instead of featuring high-end specifications, the Landvo S6 is closer to a mid-range or entry-level smartphone than a flagship level one. The rest of its specifications include a MediaTek MTK6582 quad-core processor running at 1.3GHz, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, and a 2,550mAh. It also supports dual SIM standby and 3G connectivity. Sadly, it doesn’t support expandable storage as it lacks a microSD card slot.
Altough, the Landvo S6 is equipped with a pretty high-resolution 16-megapixel rear camera which is quite similar to the Galaxy S6. It’s also equipped with a 2-megapixel front-facing camera and runs stock Android 5.0 Lollipop.
The Landvo S6 is now available from ComeBuy.com and is priced quite accordingly at around $112.44. It’s available in either Dark Blue or White and comes with a charging adapter and a USB cable. Buy Landvo S6 for $112
