OUKITEL has officially announced their new K6000 smartphone which features a tremendously large 6000mAh battery.
According to OUKITEL, the K6000’s large battery, which is its main feature, can last for up to 10 days of use with power saving, up to 40 days if kept completely on standby, and up to 46 hours of continuous music playback. Those are some very high and, if true, very impressive numbers. We’re excited to see if the K6000 will actually be able to pull those off.
Aside from the long battery life, the K6000 will also feature flash charging with its 9V/2A support which pairs very well and is a necessity with the device’s large battery. The flash charging feature will allow users to gain up to 2 hours of 2G talk time with just a 5-minute charge. Lastly, the K6000 will also feature reverse charging which will let the device charge other devices including smartphones.
The company has yet to announce the rest of the K6000 specifications but hopefully they are as impressive as its battery. The design of the K6000 is fairly simple and looks similar to other flagship smartphones on the market from companies like OPPO and Huawei.
The price and availability of the K6000 have also not been announced but that information should be available quite soon, probably in the next few weeks.[source]
