Nextbit Promises for “frigging awesome” Android Smartphone Launching September 1s

After generating millions of dollars in revenue by selling their nice and regarded software backup utility to Japan’s NTT Docomo for the use in their Android devices, Nextbit, a mobile developer run by former Google, Apple, Amazon, & HTC employees, plans to unveil its first Android based awesome smartphone on September 1st.

Nextbit also tweeted on twitter that their superb phone will hit the smartphone market on very Sept. 1st. Actually, Nextbit aims to “take Android a step further, and surely extend beyond the hard specs of the phone to offer features that consumers have been wishing to see for over the past few years.”

The company also promises its new phone to be in the new “premium tier” of Android smartphones costing between $300 and $400. The company, which boasts Google Ventures as a backer, Android veterans Tom Moss and Mike Chan & the former HTC design chief Scott Croyle, plans to unveil its smartphone.

Moss, the chief executive of Nextbit, said in an interview:

“Phone fatigue is a real thing. That’s why we’re doing something different. It’s going to be friggin’ awesome.”

Nextbit will also aim to end the current misery of storage limits by leveraging cloud storage so you can use stores as many apps and media as you like.

Nextbit will not only have to deliver strongest hardware to seem like a good value at first glance, but surely convince you that its custom software is worth sticking around. It won’t be easy for the company to make a name for itself. The company aims to compete in the $300-400 range occupied by phones like the Moto X Style, Xiaomi and OnePlus 2, everyone of which promise a lot of bang for your buck.

“We’re trying to push the boundaries,” said Moss . Croyle is working for the design of the phone and he is one of the designers who honestly helped drive the current trend of metal bodies for the devices & Moss says that making a phone was always on the cards.

“Hardware is not an all-of-a-sudden thing It’s been in the plans for some time. There’s a lot of you do to have a provocative design.” The Company said to cnet in an interview.

Company has not revealed any statement rearding the specs for the device yet, but having Moss, Croyle and Chan working hard for building something nice, we can surely expect for something great coming.
