It looks like ZTE is also planning to release a new tablet under its Axon line of devices if a listing on GFXbench is to be believed. The listing shows a device with model number A2016, the ZTE Axon smartphone is the A2015, feeding into the speculation that this is indeed the Axon tablet.
According to the listing, the ZTE Axon Tablet a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 octa-core processor coupled with an Adreno 430 GPU, the same SoC and graphics chip as the Axon smartphone, a 13.7-inch full HD 1080p display, 3GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal storage. It’s also equipped with a 7-megapixel rear camera and a 1.8-megapixel front-facing camera.
The listing also mentioned that the new device will run Android 5.0.2 which is quite unusual as most devices not run Android 5.1.1 but an update could be made available at the same time the product launches so the lower OS version is negligible. The listing also didn’t include what kind and capacity of battery the Axon Tablet will feature so we don’t know how long the expected battery life on it will be.
We’ll just have to wait for more leaks or an official announcement from ZTE to confirm the information on the GFXbench listing and find out the rest of the device’[source]
