The Doogee X5 Pro is an "upgraded" version of the Doogee X5. It has 2GB of Ram, 16GB of internal storage and it has 4G connectivity. It costs about $79usd, so $20 more than the regular X5. The MTK6735 that is used in this device is not one of the fastest processors but it gets the job done. The Antutu score is low, at about 15,000 but i believe that has a lot to do with the software.
The build quality is good for such a cheap device, it doesn't squeak under pressure and it can probably take a few drops. The black version isn't as slippery as the white one.
The 720p screen has great viewing angles but i wish it would have been a but brighter. It isn't the most sensitive screen out there and i did find it a bit difficult to play some games.
There is no notification light and the buttons at the bottom don't light up.
The speaker at the bottom is loud enough but it can easily be obstructed by your hands while playing games or watching videos.
The 2400mah battery struggled to make it through an entire day. I was able to get about 2h of screen on time. This has a lot to do with how you use the device.
Even though this device can work on 4G it looses the 850 WCDMA band and that is disappointing for the North American users.
The phone runs Android 5.1 and comes pre-installed with the play store. It runs pretty smooth but there is room for improvement.
Overall this is a $79 usd device and you will get exactly what you pay for. I left a link in the video's description if you want to check this phone out.
