Xiaomi Mi Note 2 fever is full on as fans are eagerly waiting to get their hands on this device for a very long time. We previously reported that Mi Note 2 could possibly launch on September 5. It is one of the most anticipated smartphones from Xiaomi and will be available in different display and memory variants giving buyers a lot of options to choose from. Now, a new image which is supposed to be of Xiaomi Mi Note 2 curved panel has made its way to the internet.
At the first glance at the image above, the display panel looks very similar to the one on Samsung Galaxy Note 7. Xiaomi logo is clearly visible on the top left corner of the phone and from the panel we can make out that Xiaomi Mi Note 2 will be featuring a dual curved edge design. Earlier it was reported that Mi Note 2 will come with a fingerprint scanner embedded into the display but an opening for a Home button, which will supposedly house the fingerprint sensor, can be seen on the front panel contradicting the earlier report.

As for the specifications of this smartphone, it is said that it will be flaunting a 5.7-inch 2.5D glass Super AMOLED display with different resolution variants. Under the hood, it will be packing an upgraded Snapdragon 821 chipset and will be available in different RAM and ROM combinations. There will be curved edge version as well and it will be packing a 4000mAh battery with quick charge 3.0. The pricing of Mi Note 2 is said to start from 2499 Yuan ($376).
