Any of you out there who enjoy watching the latest TV shows online without having to pay a subscription have probably found the numerous great Chinese apps and sites, one of the best being LETV who are rumoured to be launching an Android smart TV.
LETV is video streaming site which shows all the most popular Chinese, Korean, Japanese, U.S and UK TV shows for Free. They also have great apps for Android and iOS, and it’s my personal go to app on my Android STB.
The startup is branching out further though, and with the help of manufacturing giant, Foxconn, are gearing up to launch their very own LETV branded smart TV using a custom version of Google TV.
The spy photo above shows a prototype of the TV complete with LETV logo undergoing testing at Foxconn. The design is really quite nice, with narrow bezels manufactured from what appears to be brushed alloy.
