Android 7.0 Nougat coming to Elephone P9000

Android 7.0 (aka Nougat) has already started showing up on many devices. Of course, the Nexus devices were the first to receive the update. During the past months, Elephone committed to provide its users with exceptional software support. This time, it is Elephone P9000 that will receive the new Android candy. Since it is one of the best selling smartphones of the company, the P9000 is first in line.

According to a foreign media report and the confirmation of Elephone staff, Elephone P9000 will support the latest Android 7.0 upgrade. That means, Elephone P9000 will get OTA in mid-November.

A variety of functions will be be available on the P9000 Android 7.0 update. The split-screen multitask, quick reply for notification messages, notification messages collection and mobile traffic protection mode, etc. For the time being, Elephone P9000’s Android 7.0 is going through the testing phase. Since it still almost a month away, you can sneak peek at the software running on the device, in the following video.
